For bookings of more than two weeks, it will be possible to negotiate a discount

To Confirm a booking  a non refundable deposit of 30% of the rental is required within 3 days.  The balance of the rental plus air conditioning/towel costs and security deposit is due 8 weeks before departure date.  Paypal payments will incur an extra 4% charge. 

Security deposit  £200 is required per booking for breakages/damage, this is paid with the balance and will be returned to you no later than 2 weeks after your return, subject to a report from my property manager.

Air conditioning/heating There is an extra charge of £12 per day, payable at the time of booking or 20 euros per day, payable on arrival at the villa

Beach towels are available at a cost of £3 each per stay

The property will be available for occupation from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on day of departure
