10% discount for all 2012 dates if booked before 29th February 2012 Prices quoted are the total price for up to 8 adults/children + 1 baby. Linen & towels are included (one hand towel and two bath towels in each bath/shower room) but beach/pool towels are £3 extra each. See price below for 9th person £50 discount - If your booking does not leave a gap between either the booking before or the booking after yours, we will give you a discount of £50 off the rental due. Changeover & minimum stay - Any changeover day is possible. Minimum stay is 5 nights in spring/summer/autumn, one week during winter period.

£50 discount - If your booking does not leave a gap between either the booking before or the booking after yours, we will give you a discount of £50 off the rental due. During winter period, minimum one week bookings i.e. 1st November - 31st March For bookings of more than two weeks, it will be possible to negotiate a discount 9th person is possible - The villa has room for 8 adults/children + 1 baby comfortably but an extra person can be accommodated on a folding bed for £10 a day extra To confirm a booking a non refundable deposit of 30% of the rental is required within 3 days. The balance of the rental plus air conditioning/towel costs and security deposit is due 8 weeks before departure date. Paypal payments will incur an extra 5% charge. Security deposit £200 is required per booking for breakages/damage, this is paid with the balance and will be returned to you no later than 2 weeks after your return, subject to a report from my property manager. The deposit will be automatically refunded by cheque (less deductions if applicable), unless a request is received in writing for it to be refunded direct to a bank account, in which case, for refunds in euros, there will be a charge of £10 to cover the bank transfer costs. Air conditioning/heating This is included in the rental. Each air conditioning heating unit is controlled to stay on for 2 hours, after which it must be switched on again. Wi-Fi internet Included in the rental Beach towels are available at a cost of £3 each per stay Changeover times Occupation is from 4 pm on the day of arrival and the villa must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. If arriving in Cyprus before 4pm, luggage can be deposited in the covered car port at the owner's risk. A later time for your departure can sometimes be arranged with the caretakers (no more than two days before you leave) at a cost of half a day’s rental (including air conditioning if required) but only if there are no clients arriving the same day. Alternatively, the caretakers may be able to keep luggage at their house until departure at a cost of 15 euros for up to 8 hours i.e. until 6pm at the latest. You might wish to consider booking the extra day at the full rent to ensure you have the convenience of the facilities until you need to leave for your flight. Payment in Euros - This is possible but may incur charges. The exchange rate is to be agreed at time of payment.
