What does the basic rental payment include?

• Rental of the villa for up to 8 people and one baby (up to 2 years 11 months)

• Air conditioning/heating

• Wi-fi internet

• Bed linen and bath/hand towels 

What happens if there are more than 8 people + a baby (up to 2 yrs 11 months). 

There are two double beds and four single beds in four bedrooms plus a cot. If there is a 9^th person/child age 3 years or more, our folding bed must be hired at a cost of £10 (11 euros) per day

Are linen and towels included?

Yes, but not beach towels – they can be hired from us for £3 each per stay.

How often is the linen changed?

Once a week, if a 2 week booking or longer

How much is the security deposit & when is it refunded?

£200.  It will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday as long as there are no breakages or damage to the villa

Is there a hair dryer?

Yes

Is the pool heated?

No

Is there internet access at the villa?

Yes, included in the rental

Is the pool area/garden overlooked?

It is not completely private from view but there is open land in front, an almost never used path to one side and neighbours on the other side who are very private themselves

Are there any sun loungers?

There are six sun loungers and eight comfortable outside dining chairs too.

What channels are available on the television?

Sports, movies, children's TV, music and American programmes

Where is the nearest beach?

The three closest beaches are 5, 10 & 15 minutes drive

Where is the nearest restaurant?

There is one about 5 minutes drive on the Secret Valley complex.  There are restaurants in the nearby village of Kouklia, 10 minutes drive, some on the road to Paphos and a large selection in Paphos, about 20 minutes drive.

Where are the nearest shops?

There are some small shops in Kouklia, also in Aphrodite Hills (10 minute drive) but you will need to go to Paphos for the larger supermarkets. There is also a shop on the way from the airport (directions will be sent out with final instructions).
