Description	Villa Panorama is a pretty newly-built, part stone-clad, detached villa, set high up on a hill with panoramic views of the sea and coastline. Situated on the well-known golf course development, it is well positioned within the development of Secret Valley/Venus Rock, this property has another villa on one side, open space in front with views to the sea and views of the mountain range to the rear. Sometimes there is building work on the development but none close to our villa at the moment. We will advise if the situation changes prior to your holiday and give you the opportunity to cancel if the building work is very close to Villa Panorama. The villa itself is brand new and very comfortably furnished, with plenty of windows to enjoy the views and a large open terraces leading to the private pool with its walk-in steps. The garden is landscaped with flowering shrubs and topiary. There are many paved areas, open and shady terraces. There is also a BBQ, 6 sun loungers and covered car port. The coastline in the area is remarkable and the famous “Petra tou Romiou”, the stunning rock formation reputed to be the birthplace of Aphrodite, the goddess of love, is within 10 minutes drive. There are beaches all along this coastline, the nearest of which is within 5 minutes drive. There is a restaurant at the Secret Valley/Venus Rock Clubhouse (approx 2 kms) and there are a number of other restaurants available within 10 – 15 minutes drive, both along the road to Paphos and also in nearby Aphrodite Hills. Paphos itself, with its pretty marina bordered by a wide selection of restaurants, shops and bars and sightseeing, all situated around its harbour and fortress, is just 20 minutes drive away.
Accommodation	Ground floor: open plan living / dining room with satellite TV & DVD player, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, 1 double bedroom opening onto terrace, en suite shower room and small additional windowed room with baby cot. First floor: master double bedroom opening onto veranda, en suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms each with en suite shower room. NB All bedrooms have French windows, sea views and good cupboard space.
Services	Cot, high chair and babygate available. Hairdryer available. Air conditioning available in all rooms for additional charge of £12 per day if paid at the time, of booking or 20 euros per day, payable on arrival. Beach towels available at a cost of £3 each per stay Welcome pack available at a cost of £25. A set of golf clubs can be hired from the property caretakers at a very reasonable cost of 10 euros per day or 50 euros per week on a first come, first served basis. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Changeover	Any changeover day, minimum stay 5 nights in spring/summer, one week during winter period.
