On our arrival in Cyprus the villa was as described, only around 15 mins from the airport. This was our first time in Cyprus and was not disappointed. The villa was just as described and everthing was on hand, it was kept imacculate, the management team Bill and Kathy both checked in on us to see if everything was okay.

We had a fabulous time, the villa itself was gorgeous and in a good location. We only had to use the downstairs bedroom and bathroom which was kept clean throughout our stay, the management team had our bedsheets washed throughout the stay. It was only me and my husband sharing the villa between us, however the rest of the rooms were very presentable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend the villa to others, however a hired car is essential because of the location itself!

The bakery in Timi is well worth a visit. The supermarket in Pissouri is located within 15 minutes from the location and is worth checking out for all your food needs and barbeque meat. Troodos mountains are worth a visit for the scenary as well as Kato Paphos.

All in all the villa was well worth the price, and if you are going as a larger group it wouldn't cost as much as some holidays.

"We (2 adults, one child 9 years) had a wonderful holiday in the Villa Panorama. The property is luxurious, extremely well equipped (e.g. lots of dishes and pots and other things in the kitchen, two big refrigerators lots of towels, lots of things for children and the pool like air mattresses, barbecue with charcoal etc). The property is very clean and Bill & Kathy, two very nice people, take care about the property (clean the pool, repair things, help were you need them, eg in giving tips about best places to go etc). The whole Secret Valley is a quiet, safe and clean place. It is very quiet there and our holiday couldn't be better ...

There numerous interesting places quite near, 2 fantastic golf clubs 3 / 5 km away, in particular the GC Aphrodite hills; the rock "birthplace of Aphrodite" 5 km. The best beaches are Pafos Municipal beach and in Limassol (30 / 50 km) but thanks to the near Motorway only 30 min / 45 min to drive; there are also nearer beaches but we prefer sandy vs pebble beaches. The Troodos Mountains are also in particular recommendable, only 60 km away. Around the Villa and in particular around Pafos there are a lot of interesting historical places (Temple of Aphrodite, Tombs of the Kings etc)".

"We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Panorama! We made a lot of trips to different beaches the Troodos mountains. And then we were always lucky to come back to "our" house in the Secret Valley. The children liked the pool and the garden. Some of the children learned diving and swimming!! We met Kathy and Bill, and they are very nice and helpful.

"Arriving at Paphos airport in the small hours we were relieved at the short drive to the Villa(around 10 minutes). Our second visit to the Villa was as pleasing as the first two years ago and perhaps more so as the Villa owner has made minor additions to the facilities available, for example, the stair gate for babies and the hairdryer.

The development is a contemporary and clean place to stay with a seemingly even mixture of locals and holiday makers. We were not bothered by anyone during our stay but received a brief and kind welcome from the next door neighbour who recognised us from our first visit. We also received a short visit from one of the Villa managers Kathy checking that all was OK.

The Villa is set back from the road with a gated drive and both the villa and grounds are clean and spacious. The facilities are extensive and one could certainly argue that it is a home from home. Cutlery and crockery were excellent with both indoor ceramic and outdoor plastic for those balmy barbeque nights.

The decor in the Villa is modern and elegant but you can feel fairly relaxed as it is sturdy and functional. Ample wardrobe and storage space means that you can remain uncluttered and tidy whether the villa is fully occupied or with only a small family staying.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and all are light, airy and well equipped. The showers were powerful and of modern design.

The Villa is situated on a hill and this means that you get a lovely view of the sea and the benefit of a cooling breeze which is most welcome in the heat of the midday sun.

You do need to have transport as the Villa is a short drive from the nearest village but there are supermarkets dotted around locally which provide everything you might need. Even the tiny supermarket in Kouklia was amazingly well stocked. The Villa is pretty close to Aphrodites rock which is worth a visit too. We particularly like Mandria's restaurants in the evenings.

Villa Panorama is great if you want all the creature comforts and facilities from home in a modern space but with a fair dash of Cypriot charm."

“A fabulous villa with everything you need. We never tired of the stunning panoramic views from the villa and garden - looking out to sea where, at the end of the day, the most beautiful sunsets signed off each wonderful day.

Discovered some excellent restaurants nearby in Kouklia (in the square) and also up in Pissouri (the old town), which comes alive by night.

Took a drive through the Cedar Valley in the Troodos Mountains – quite spectacular. Ended up in the beautiful village of Omodos, having a chilled bottle of local rosé wine in the prettiest square – very happy memories indeed”.

"We had a fantastic week at Villa Panorama. It is a beautifully appointed villa with views that live up to its name! Delightful garden and a very inviting pool. Extremely spacious for seven of us, with en-suite bath/shower rooms in all bedrooms. It was only a very short, easy drive from the airport. It proved very homely and a fantastic base from which to explore. Needless to say the weather was perfect - the ideal antidote to the UK!"

"We had a wonderful time at Villa Panorama. To sit on the terrace looking at the view was truly lovely. The breeze also helped keep us cool.

Everything about the villa was comfortable and it was a real home from home. The standard of fittings and the garden was lovely and had everything we could possibly want. The pool was welcome and kept clean. It was a treat to swim 1st thing in the morning, as the sea was a little cold in May.

Thank you to Bill for the offered help and also the efficiency of helping us sort this out last minute.

We found the Papandriou supermarket in Pissouri to have everything we needed. We didn't have to go that far out, but the cakes and desserts in that particular shop were yummy. Also, we ate in a lot because it was such a nice place to eat! So we saved money too. Paphos harbour is great for an evening stroll and the motorway in makes it an easy journey. I really liked everything about Pissouri and loved travelling there from the Villa. We were far enough away from the resorts to feel truly part of the populace of Cyprus. We would recommend everything about this villa and Cyprus, especially the weather in May.

"Got here in the late hours and were very impressed at how clean, set out and lovely it was. Kids spent the entire time in the pool. Ate in most nights, BBQ etc and had plenty of lovely evenings at the poolside.

We all needed to relax and this was easy to do. Facilities at the villa were of a very good standard - everything you needed.

Aspris Taverna in Kouklia was a very good place to eat.

"All I can say is "WOW!". It was amazing and perfect in every way. We were impressed with the villa, its setup and finishing, the location (we LOVED the Secret Valley area), the grounds, etc. The neighbourhood is in the perfect location - close enough to Pafos to be convenient, but far enough away to be outside of the "tourist" zone. With the neighbourhood being only partially completed, there were few people around, so it was very quiet and relaxing. We really appreciated the welcome binder that offered excellent information on nearby restaurants and sites (we highly recommend Costa's Takeaway in Timi...yummy!!!). The crowning glory was definitely the view - waking up every morning and seeing the sparkling blue water was a highlight of our stay. The sole suggestion that I would make are to stock a few beach towels. Having a few beach towels on hand would be handy as it is not possible to bring them from home or take them home in luggage if purchased locally. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Cyprus...and can't wait to go back ourselves!"

"We had an absolutely fabulous time thank you and were very sad to be coming home. The Villas is beautiful and the views are just breathtaking! We will definitely be coming back!

If we had to give just a few suggestions to make the stay even more enjoyable, it would be if you could provide more towels, I have long hair and by the time I had used both the towels when I came out of the shower my husband was not very impressed with having to use a wet towel to get dry with. I know you don’t want people abusing them and using them by the pool but my mum and dad have a villa in Florida and provide loads of towels and none have ever been ruined! Also in Florida you always get a hairdryer in the villa this might just provide that extra bit of comfort.

Other than that the villa is perfect. We made use of the golf course and the club house - what a shame they are not open later on a evening.

And Bill, well what can I say, what a credit. He went above and beyond what was expected and is a true credit. What a find he was!!!!

So I'll be in touch when we want to return.
